A recent Supreme Court decision in New York to award a plaintiff $3.4 million in damages could have easily been avoided if the Olean Center Mall had used ice melter. Debra Finch of Portville was awarded this large sum for her pain and suffering after she slipped on ice that was the result of cleared snow that had melted and re freezed causing a sheet of ice that the snow removal company felt they could take short cuts by not taking measures to melt the ice. This is not a unique incident as many people have had similar accidents that could have been prevented by using http://www.XYNYTH.com icemelters. These documented incidents should prove a valuable resource to your customers and their end users. Taking short cuts and using inferior products can and could cost a lot more in the end.
